Refund against 1st year admission cancellation

It is Further notified that all the candidates those who are already cancelled their admission within 22/08/2016 of all shifts (Morning/Day/Evening) and unable to collect refund challan within 04/10/2016, are requested to collect ‘Refund Challan’ from the College office (Ground Floor, Admission Table) on 03/12/2016 & 05/12/2016 between 10 a.m to 2 p.m.

Refund amount must be collected from Punjab National Bank (1st Floor), B K Paul Avenue Branch, Kolkata -700005 (within the banking hours – as date mentioned in the refund challan).
Documents Required:-

Submit Application Form in prescribed format (See next Page) along with the Original 1st year Admission Challan of PNB (student copy) and xerox copy of money receipt against cancellation. The fees will be refunded excepting Rs.1780/- as Standing Charges and Admission fees.
